Clear answers. Before you choose.
What should I bring?
Bring the glasses you use and any previous prescriptions. If you wear contact lenses, tell the store when booking so you can receive preparation instructions.
How do I book?
Choose Duque de Loulé or Picoas and send a WhatsApp request. The team will arrange a date and time. Your appointment is confirmed when the store replies.
Can I book if I already wear glasses?
Yes. An assessment helps monitor your vision and check whether your current correction still meets your needs.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
The store will confirm the price, conditions and time to allow when you book.
Can I ask about contact lenses?
Yes. Tell the team you would like contact lens advice or a fitting so suitable support can be arranged.
